What time does it open?

• The Flora-Bama Lounge, Package & Oyster Bar opens at 9AM daily.

• The Box Office will open at 11AM. 

• Gates for the Beach Stage will open at 1:30PM.

BEACH CONCERT AFTER PARTY

The Beach Concert After Party featuring country music singer/songwriter Mike Ryan will take place on the Flora-Bama Tent Stage from 6:30-8PM.

Get 'em while we got 'em - tickets to our Concert Beach Series normally sell out prior to the event, and there is NO guarantee we will have tickets left for slae on the day of the concert. 

Ages: 10 & Up **

• After concert is over at 6pm, only ages 18 and older will be allowed into the bar. Those 18-20 year olds can stay all night as long as they are in the door by 10pm with no re-entry. 

• After the concert is over at 6pm, everyone who enters the bar must have on shoes and must have clothes worn over swimsuits.

• Ages 16 & older must have a government issued ID to get into the concert.

• Ages 10-17 must have a purchased ticket and must be accompanied by their legal guradian.

How much are tickets?

All tickets are General Admission. Tickets are $39.50 plus taxes and fees. IF any tickets are left for sale on the day of the show, then tickets will be available for purchase on site for $45 plus taxes and fees. The Box Office will open at 11AM day of the show. 

When/how do I receive my ticket?

If you purchased a ticket online, your ticket was emailed to you using the email address that you entered when you purchased the tickets.

I did not receive a confirmation email with my tickets, what do I do?

Don’t panic! Please contact EventBrite with your info and concerns and they will help you get situated.

I typed my email address in wrong when I bought my ticket, what do I do?

Please contact EventBrite customer support with your info and concerns and they will help you get everything take care of… they have pretty great customer service!

• Cover charge for the Flora-Bama will begin at 6pm. Anyone with a concert ticket wristband will have the cover charge waived for free entry. 

• At 6pm Flora-Bama will go to 18 years of age and older for entry into the bar. After the concert, anyone 17 years of age and younger will not be allowed entry to the Flora-Bama and must exit the bar. However, Flora-Bama Ole River Grill and Flora-Bama Yacht Club across the street will be open to all ages... & they will also have live music!

All concessions on the beach within the concert site will be CASH ONLY. We will have plenty of ATM’s provided around the Flora-Bama property, but we do recommend bringing cash with you. 

INSIDE of the Flora-Bama bar, we will be accepting credit and debit cards... & cash, of course!

Can I walk to the concert?

Yes, and we strongly encourage lodging within close proximity to the Flora-Bama. There will be extremely limited parking on site.

Is there going to be a parking lot with guarantee space for my vehicle?

No, there is extremely limited parking available at the venue. We recommend using Uber, Lift, or our local taxi services to and from the concert, or having someone drop you off/pick you up. The only parking available is located at nearby condos and hotels which is for their customers only. Boating to the concert is also an option and you can be dropped off at the docks behind Flora-Bama Ole River Grill.

Is there a preferred taxi or riding service to use in order to get to the Flora Bama?

We do not have a preferred service, but taxis, Lyft and Uber are available services in our area.

Is there going to be a designated shuttle to and from the Flora-Bama?

Sorry friends, NO shuttles will be available for this event.

Leave only footprints! We kindly ask you to respect your neighbors, respect our city, and most importantly, respect Mother Earth. Please help pick up any trash you come across - Fish and birds are not fond of litter. Be smart, be aware of your surroundings and report any suspicious packages you may come across.

All guests and their belongings are subject to be search upon entry or re-entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags and prohibited items at home. Any prohibited item that is confiscated will not be held or returned.

You cannot bring umbrellas, but you can bring beach chairs, blankets and towels. There will be a designated area in the back portion of the general admission area to be utilized for all those bringing beach chairs. 

· Prescription medicine. All prescription medicines must be in a marked bottle, along with proper matching ID.

· Non-professional cameras (detachable lenses not allowed)

· Small backpacks (school backpacks). Please no large frames.

· Camelbacks, but they must be empty.

· Personal cameras (NO professional cameras or recording devices, including Go Pros, tripods or cameras with detachable lenses or those used for commercial use).

· Low-rise beach chairs are allowed, however they must be set up in the designated chair zone

Encouraged Items: 

Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Government Issued ID, Cash, Credit and/or Debit Card.

• NO Abusive, foul or disruptive language

• NO Fighting, taunting, threatening remarks, gestures or harassment of any kind

• NO Aerosol containers of any kind

• NO Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities) 

• NO Tents 

• NO Lawn furniture, including any personal shades or canopies

• NO Coolers

• NO Fireworks, firearms and weapons of any kind (including parking lots)

• NO Glass containers of any kind

• NO Sealed bottles, cans and beverage containers of any kind

• NO Illegal substances, drugs, and drug paraphernalia

• NO Knives of any length

• NO Large bags (over the size 12” x 10” x 10”)

• NO Laser Pointers

• NO Noisemakers (musical instruments, bullhorns, air horns, whistles, etc.)

• NO Outside Alcohol/Flasks

• NO Outside food or beverages

• NO Prescription drugs, dietary vitamins, foods or beverages

• NO Professional cameras with lens longer than 2” (detachable or non-detachable) and professional recording (photos, video, audio) equipment - this includes any stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks, selfie-sticks, or commercial equipment

• NO Signs, flags on sticks, or poles

• NO Bicycles, Skateboards, Scooters, or personal motorized vehicles

• NO Throwing objects

• NO Trespassing, soliciting, peddling and loitering

• NO Umbrellas

• NO Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors - solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, giveaways, samples, etc… 

• NO Drones, unmanned aircraft systems and radio controlled model aircrafts

• NO Yard games, glow sticks and inflatables  

• NO items or actions deemed dangerous or inappropriate

Event security reserves the right to deem any other item inappropriate. No prohibited item will be accepted at the entry gates for safekeeping. 

*Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs. Individuals with these special needs should contact a security person at their entry gate for special attention.

Absolutely! However, they must be 10 years of age or older, with a purchased ticket, and accompanied by their legal guardian. Ages 10-15 must be accompanied by an adult.

No, but you are welcome to bring beach blankets or small, low-rise fold out chairs that can only be used in a designated area.

Will there be food on the beach? 

Yes, we will have hotdogs for sale on the beach but encourage eating at one of our sit down restaurants across the street, Flora-Bama Yacht Club or Flora-Bama Ole River Grill, or our Flora-Bama Oyster Bar located inside Flora-Bama, prior to show time. 

Is the site ADA compliant?

Yes it is! Please talk to one of our helpful staffers at the front gate when you arrive and they will help you with your requested needs.
