Flora-Bama is Back!

Amy Hicks • June 22, 2020

We’ll cut to the chase - The Flora-Bama is fully back open and better than ever! Although the past couple of months have been tough on our community, our employees and our guests; we took the lemons we were given, mixed them with gratitude, added a twist of renovations and, we are now back serving up good times and good music!

Speaking of music…Live Music is back across all 6 stages! The lineup is jammed packed with our favorite local musicians and some of our traveling favorites, like Four Unplugged! For those who have missed his antics, Big Earl and the Sexual Biscuits are now gracing the Tent Stage with their presence, and with the stage swap comes plenty of space to dance or enjoy the show from a table of your choosing.
New to our property this summer, our infamous little beach bar situated at the end of our boardwalk. It’s accessible to the public beaches from both Florida and Alabama state lines, as well as, being open for our daily customers looking to have a fresh drink with a side of beautiful gulf coast beach views. Seating is first come first serve, and you betcha' we have great live music that is available to catch 7 days a week!

The North Side properties, Flora-Bama Yacht Club and Flora-Bama Ole River Grill, have also been busy at work! With a goal of taking this time to make their space more inviting, while also perfecting their menu options, they’ve really knocked it out of the park! At Ole River Grill, guests now have a great spot to enjoy the beach with their family in the shade, accompanied by an outdoor walk-up bar and live music only a few steps away. The Yacht Club continues to make each guest experience a breeze! With a perfected system in place for boaters and take-out service, you can customize your experience and keep enjoying a bushwhacker to-go. If you decide to dine-in, check out their new built-in Oyster Station! Brand new, with windows for your viewing pleasure, we keep shuckin' so you can keep the good times going.

When you are ready to visit, we are ready to serve! In the meantime, don’t miss out on enjoying a piece of the Flora-Bama or sharing the goodness with someone you know. Our Gift Shop’s Online Store has been stocked with over 150 new items, just in time for Summer. Included in that is our 2020 Membership Card, good for the entire year! This card makes you an honorary part of our Bamily and gives you free nightly admission to the bar, and on select special events, along with discounts in the Gift Shop and at each of our locations, plus more!

Here’s a look at our current hours of operations and a bit of what you can look forward to seeing across all our properties.
