• Must prepare a minimum of 5 gallons of chili to ensure you have enough for judging & sampling.
- Teams can arrive for setup/load/prep in at 8AM (NO EARLIER THAN THIS)
- ACTUAL Cooking begins at 10AM
- Serving begins at 12PM
• All Teams are responsible to supply their cooking utensils, pots, burners, chili ingredients, etc.
• Ingredients can be prepped, but NOT pre-cooked. Ingredients will be inspected prior to cooking.
NOTE: Packages must show expiration date!
• Flora-Bama will supply all teams with a table, bowls, spoons, napkins & crackers.
• You must be willing to eat your own chili.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to participate.
• NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED ON OUR LICENSED PROPERTY.
